Abstracts must be submitted no later than April 23, 2008 to Compass in Maldives 2008 Secretariat

Please read the following instructions, prepare your abstract in MSWord format file and submit by clicking Online Abstract Submission here.

Abstracts must cover the main content of the paper with summary, findings, results and conclusions.

The final digital copy of the extended abstract or full paper must be submitted before the deadline given below.

Conference Secretariat will coordinate Advisory Board for the evaluation of the extended abstracts based on the following criteria:

Relevance How well does the paper fit into the scope of the conference?

Clarity How are the results presented? Are they effectively presented? (format, language, style)?

Significance How important are the results of the paper?

Originality How original are the results of the paper?

Scientific quality Does the paper contribute to filling gaps in scientific knowledge?

Impact How much interest could the paper generate among scientists, administrators and decision makers?

The board will also be in charge of scheduling of the sessions and presentations according to their appropriateness.
